by February 6, 2008. We cannot guarantee the conference

The
Hilton Palm Beach Airport TASS rate is $169 (USA) per
night plus 10% tax (single or double room).
This
rate is also available three days before and three days
after the conference.
The

Intersection of Interstate 95 and Southern Boulevard
at the Southeast corner of the Palm Beach International
Airport. Downtown Palm Beach and Ocean Beaches are just
three miles away.

HOTEL UPDATE
Since we are expecting an increased participation in this year’s conference, we are now offering you a choice of three hotels:
1. Hilton Palm Beach Airport Hotel – the main TASS hotel where the opening reception will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2008. See section above for instructions for making reservations for this hotel. All reservations by attendees must be received by February 6, 2008 and are subject to limited availability.
2. Radisson Hotel Palm Beach Airport – a back-up hotel for the TASS participants: To register on-line please go to the following link: www.radisson.com/westpalmfl or make your reservations directly with the hotel at 1-800-333-3333 or 561-689-6888. The Radisson Palm Beach Airport TASS rate is $169 (USA) per night plus 11.5% tax (single or double occupancy). The TASS conference promotional code is TASS. Mention this code when you call in your reservation or enter it in the promotional code box if you register with the Radisson on-line. All reservations by attendees must be received by February 6, 2008 and are subject to availability.
3. Marriott West Palm Beach – another back-up hotel for the TASS participants and the only hotel within a walking distance from City Place and the shopping/entertainment area: Make your reservations directly with the hotel at 561-833-1234 or 1-800-228-9290. The Marriott West Palm Beach TASS rate is $199 (USA) per night plus 11.5 % tax (single or double occupancy). All reservations by attendees must be received by January 17, 2008 and are subject to availability.
The blocks of rooms for TASS participants are limited and filling up fast, so make your reservations today! If you make your reservations by phone, please mention TASS to qualify for the conference rate.
The transportation to and from the conference site will be provided at all of the three hotels. All of the hotels have a free shuttle bus service to/from the airport and City Place.
