Help is provided for many different areas of distance learning, from tutoring assistance, to frequently asked questions, to support for your technical Blackboard issues.
- Technical support for your online courses is provided to you in the following ways:
- FAQ's - The Frequently Asked Questions section of help provides solutions for common technical issues. Please check this section first, as it often all that is necessary to find the solution to your problem.
- Helpdesk - Help with MyNECC accounts, including login problems for Blackboard, Self Service, and Student Email is now provided through the NECC Helpdesk.
The helpdesk offers walk-in support in Room B216 on the Haverhill Campus, and in Lawrence, Room L242.
