Individual Coaching	Meet with a CIT staff member according to your needs receive one to two hours of coaching at a time convenient for you.	By appointment. See Distance Learning team or request an appointment.
Group Coaching	The CIT staff offers group coaching to meet your current needs and demands. In addition to periodic workshops developed as needed, CIT offers a yearly “iTeach” program to orient new online instructors to the unique pedagogical needs of an online environment. Students are taught to use the Blackboard technology, receive training in theory and practic of teaching onlinee.
