Assessments

The following are links to an ever-expanding set of readings and videos on the topic of assessing learning both in a formative and summative way in your online and hybrid courses.  This topic also involves questions of academic integrity in assessment—both the integrity of the learner and the instructor.

We have begun with selections from the website Faculty Focus, which gives informative one- or two-page selections on topics of current interest to faculty. For instance, there is an article that can get you started on the question of how assessment may change in the online environment (7 Assessment Challenges…).
