LEARNING COMMUNITIES CLASSROOM REQUEST FORM

Request an LC Representative to visit your class and
discuss briefly (in 5-10 minutes) the benefits of students taking an LC!

Please complete the classroom request form and
click on the "Submit" button to send your request electronically to
the Learning Community Coordinators, Priscilla Bellairs and Carolyn Cohen.

They will then get in touch with you to confirm that a Learning Communities
representative (student or faculty member) will be able to speak to the students in your class.
