Living Our Vision of Excellence (LOVE)
Workshops

The following skill-based workshops are designed for new and existing employees of the college. It is our intention to create a series of introductory modules to introduce individuals to essential skill-based activities to maximize their effectiveness at NECC.

The workshops are tools that provide a common language and process to support employees in developing a way of perceiving and interacting with others that encourages collaboration and personal growth. They also build on individuals' existing talents as participants seek to contribute to the areas and departments in which they work.

Workshops are open to all employees of the College. Registrations must be received no later than one week prior to the workshop date. If you need a map and/or directions to a particular campus, click here.
