Northern Essex Community College serves a diverse population. Commitment to a diverse learning environment and an inclusive campus requires a sustained, institution-wide effort. We must seek ways to recognize, value and engage the substantial benefits of diversity as crucial to our educational mission.

We must recognize that to do this requires change, education and training. As part of our commitment to this effort, we became a campus affiliate of the “National Coalition Building Institute”.
