Kaltura is a video platform with robust media management tools available through Blackboard. Some its capabilities include personal screen capture, video assignments, quizzes, and using videos across courses. In brief, Kaltura offers the ability to easily create videos, add interaction and store them in a central location.

The integration between Kaltura and Blackboard allows for a seamless connection between the two systems, allowing access to videos from the course shells. Faculty can capture videos with Kaltura Personal Capture to produce welcome messages, assignments, course tours and demonstrations, and much more.

Kaltura Interactive Video Quizzing

Instead of asking students to watch passive videos, create videos with Kaltura’s Interactive Video Quizzing. This tool helps to increase engagement, track learning and usage. Highlights of the features include:
